Mental Health Screeing Day

Special Event

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Week the Student Wellness Center & Counseling Center are teaming up to host Mental Health Screeing Day. Free screeings for anxiety, depression, and alcohol will be avaliable to USU students, faculty, and staff. Results of the screenings will be confidential and will be given only to the individual by a health professional that can answer questions and provide resources needed. Bread coupon to the Hub will be given to all participants that complete a screening!

Campus Meditation

Student Activities

We will have group meditation that is open to all, regardless of experience. There will be guidance for beginners and support for folks that have a practice. We explore different mindfulness techniques that lead to mental clarity, self-knowledge, and present-moment awareness. It is a refuge within a busy campus.
